Configuration Settings: Print Tool

Use these settings to customise the page sizes and margins used by the Print tool. If you adjust any settings, remember to click on the Save Changes button before closing the Configuration tool.

Global Settings

Choose orientation, paper size and margin settings for the Print tool. These are global settings that apply in ALL libraries and sites.

Category Description
PDF Enabled If ticked, the Print option on the tab will use the PDF generated during the Publish and the two options below will be disabled.
Amend/Delete Settings Group Select an existing Print Settings Group from the dropdown list to edit or delete it. Click on the Add new Settings Group button to create a new Group. Default options are: A4 Portrait, A4 Landscape, A3 Portrait, A3 Landscape. A Print Settings Group is defined by the following properties:
  • PageSetup: Size (see below for definitions)
  • PageSetup: Orientation
  • Margin: Left
  • Margin: Right
  • Margin: Top
  • Margin: Bottom

Click on the Update button to confirm any changes. To delete the settings group, click on the Delete this Group Setting button.
Amend/Delete Paper Size Select an existing Paper Size from the dropdown list to edit or delete it. The default options are: A0, A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, A9, A10, US Executive, US Letter, US Legal, US Tabloid. Click on the Add new Paper Size button to create a new format. A Paper Size setting is defined by the following properties:
  • Name
  • Width
  • Height

Click on the Update button to confirm any changes. To delete a paper size, click on the Delete this Paper Size button.
